I meditate occasionally and feel most connected to myself when I’m in nature. But I often forget to breathe deeply, especially when I’m anxious or in my head.
I’ve done a few workshops but mostly focused on the sensual aspects. I’m curious about the deeper, devotional elements of Tantra and what it can awaken in me.
I feel it when I chant or do yoga. But I often forget that sacredness can also exist in my relationships, my sensuality, and how I touch or speak.
It would mean no more separating parts of myself. That I could bring devotion into my touch, my breath, and even mundane things like eating or hugging.
Neem Karoli Baba is a guiding light for me. When I remember his teachings of love and service, I show up more fully—in my practice, in my relationships, and in my healing journey.
