The sacred spot is the NeoTantric tradition is understood as an access point to the second chakra — the energetic center of emotion, creativity, and sensual aliveness. The sacred spot is accessed through the g-spot, located in the pelvic bowl. This area holds deep memories connected to pleasure, safety, and trust. When approached consciously, it becomes a portal for releasing old emotional pain, shame, or numbness that may have been stored in the body. Through intention and awareness, this energy center can open to reveal new levels of softness, empowerment, and self-acceptance and of course, pleasure.

In my early studies, I was trained to approach this work through a strong, activating method. Over the years, however, I learned that true healing does not come from force — it comes from presence. The most transformative experiences happen through deep stillness, where the body feels completely safe, honored, and free from any agenda. When we slow down, the nervous system begins to unwind, and the body naturally reveals what it is ready to release. In that moment of trust, emotional healing unfolds organically — sometimes through tears, breath, laughter, or a quiet sense of peace.

My approach today centers on safety, consent, and reverence for the sacredness of the body. Every individual holds their own inner wisdom, and my role is simply to create the conditions where that wisdom can be heard. Through presence, grounded energy, and heart-centered awareness, this work becomes less about “doing” and more about listening — to the body, to the energy, and to the emotions that long to be acknowledged. When met in this way, the sacred spot becomes not a place of performance, but a sanctuary for awakening — a space where a person can remember their innate wholeness, reclaim their sensual sovereignty, and reconnect to the sacred within.
